The past year was one of change, growth, and adjustment. I went from going to an office at a hospital 4 days a week to working from home 7 days a week. During that time at home, I also got laundry done, dishes done, meals made, strength training, running, walks with my dog, going to see my daughter at college when she was sick, helping bale hay twice, having lunch with my daughter every other day, and so many more little moments that I was missing. I started a business. I struggled. I never wanted to give up. I am pushing right through from a 2022 theme of Make It Happen to…

I think this is appropriate for a year that is going to challenge me more, require more creativity, more passion, more work, and more focus. I’ve got this.
For January’s sub-theme, I picked the following quote.
“Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.” –Ed Mylett
No doubts. Face the fear. Do it anyway. Build the confidence by getting up every day and doing the thing I want accomplish again and again until I know that I can do it. Successful execution of a task builds confidence that you can do it again.
So here we go! Trying new things and old things with new approaches. Sending out a love for everything I do to encourage others to do it, too.
