As a mom to two girls and step-mom to another one, I have had a very busy last 19 years raising kids, running them to all of their things, and working full-time. Along the way, I was able to do some running including some team relays, a marathon, and 2 ultra marathons. I am a wellness coach and love working with families to improve their nutrition and activity habits.
